Dirt track racing is coming back to the Chicagoland area and the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics and the Lemont Police Department is going to be a part of it again this year!

In Illinois, over the years Lemont Police Officers along with myself participated in all kind of events to raise money for the Athletes of Special Olympics, including Polar Plunges, Cop on Top, and so much more.
The Dirt Oval at Route 66 Raceway will now be included in this list and I can't wait!
A race of police officers on the dirt track, all raising money for Special Olympics. The concept of Five-O at the Dirty-O is to have Law Enforcement Officers race cars that represent their departmentā€™s patrol car paint and decal scheme. What can go wrong???

I need your help!

After wrecking the car last year, I need to start over with another car so I have a lot of work!  I will race the car but I need you to support my efforts by making a donation to Special Olympics Illinois. Each donation helps provide athletes with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to participate in Special Olympics programs and reveal their inner champion.

Donating through this site is simple, fast, and secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a tax deductible contribution to this event for Special Olympics Illinois.  My donation page is; https://soill.donordrive.com/participant/Lemont

If you would like to learn more about this exciting event, visit dirtoval66.com for all of the details  and make sure to follow us on Facebook at   www.facebook.com/fiveoatthedirtyo.
This WILL be a sold out event, so make sure you get your tickets ahead of time!
Thanks in advance for your support, if you have any questions email me at jlehmacher@lemont.il.us
