What Is Row 4 Dough?

Row 4 Dough is an exercise fundraising event benefiting the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois. This event challenges participants to row a 5 K, half marathon or a full marathon.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Row 4 Dough will be held in a VIRTUAL format for 2020. Rowers are encouraged to compete as a 5-person team (rowing 13.1 miles), a 10-person team (rowing 26.2 miles) or as an individual (rowing a 5K). The big change, all participants/teams choose the location and method to complete their distance between September 8 and 22.

How Does It Work?

The Virtual Row 4 Dough is a great way to support the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois no matter where you are! Participants pledge to row a specific distance between September 8 and 22. The best part is participants/teams pick their own method (row machine or on the water) and location (gym, lake, home).  Participate as an individual or create a team with family, friends and coworkers.
